My vessels and objects are mostly created on the wheel. In doing so, I try to bring opposites into harmony and make processes of working visible, so that the liveliness and diversity of the material clay are exposed. For some time now, I have been producing tableware in collaboration with the star chef Robert Stolz, which highlights the culinary artist’s creations like a picture frame. My works are meant to be images of delicacy, fragility, beauty, harmony and powerful vitality for people, but also of transience. I seek perfection in the violation of the perfect.
