Working with the 4 elements.
In my studio in Mörsingen, I make tea sets, utility ceramics and unique vases from porcelain and stoneware. I find inspiration in nature and in ceramics from the Far East. I fire my work exclusively in a two-chamber wood-fired kiln. The kiln is heated by 6 people for 4 days and nights. The incising and embossing techniques that I apply to the vessels when they are leather-hard give each piece a special character.
